Microsoft Integration

LAWFUSION is a 100% Microsoft Windows Compatible software product that integrates with Microsoft Office saving you time and maximises your return on investment.

E-mails, tasks, appointments, documents and spreadsheets can be created within LAWFUSION and automatically saved against the case/matter file. In the same way they can also be saved to the case file directly from the appropriate Microsoft application.

E-Mail Integration with Microsoft Outlook

Select an e-mail address within LAWFUSION and Outlook will be launched for you to compose your e-mail. When you “Send” the e-mail it will be automatically saved to the Case Out-tray of the case file with all the text of the e-mail and any attachments included in the e-mail.

Sending a document or documents from within LAWFUSION is just as easy. Select the document(s) or spreadsheet(s) and LAWFUSION will present you with a list of e-mail addresses attached to the case. The option to convert the document(s) to Adobe PDF for document portability and security is available. Outlook will be launched and when you “Send” the e-mail will be automatically saved to the Case Out-tray of the case file with all the text of the e-mail and the attachments included in the e-mail. You can also create your own Outlook templates for adding to the e-mail.

Saving a received e-mail to LAWFUSION is also easy. LAWFUSION have developed an Outlook add-in that provides “Add to Case”, “Add Attachments to Case” and “View Case” option on the Outlook tool-bar. By selecting the required option LAWFUSION will allow you to specify the relevant case and save the e-mail and or attachments to the Case In-tray.

Microsoft Outlook Synchronisation

LAWFUSION includes a synchronisation program to keep a user’s personal Outlook calendar and tasks in sync with LAWFUSION. Calendar items and tasks added in Outlook will automatically be created and displayed in your LAWFUSION system. Changes made to calendars, tasks and contacts-in either system will be updated in the corresponding system, independent of where the information was originally created. Contacts created within LAWFUSION can be synchronised with Outlook when required.

Microsoft Word Integration

Fully integrated with Microsoft Word, users can create and edit documents in their word processor without ever having to leave LAWFUSION. LAWFUSION users have, at their fingertips, all the features of Microsoft Word for the formatting of documents. Our Document Management System allows you to select a template from a library of documents that will automatically complete itself from information held against the case. This completion processes included the ability to paragraph build documents. Once completed the resultant document is saved to the Case Out-tray and printed as required.

LAWFUSION also offers a Microsoft Word “Add to Case” add-in, which allows users to quickly and conveniently store any document that is opened in Word to the LAWFUSION case without leaving Word.

Our Accounting Management System also allows you to select a template that will automatically extract Accounting information for the production of Accounts related documents such as Debt Chasing letters.

Microsoft Excel Integration

Fully integrated with Microsoft Excel, users can create and edit spreadsheets without ever having to leave LAWFUSION. LAWFUSION users have, at their fingertips, all the features of Microsoft Excel for the formatting of spreadsheets.

Our Document Management System allows you to select a template from a library of spreadsheets that will automatically complete itself from information held against the case. Once completed the resultant spreadsheet is saved to the Case Out-tray and printed as required.

Our Accounting Management System also allows you to select a template that will automatically extract any Accounting information for export to the spreadsheet.

LAWFUSION also provides the ability to extract information from within a spreadsheet and save it against the case file.
