CURRENT STATUS

YOUR PRIORITIES ARE OUR PRIORITIES

With the evolving global situation regarding the Coronavirus outbreak we wish to reassure all LAWFUSION clients that we are entirely focused on maintaining the level of customer service that you have come to expect and enjoy, as well as keeping our people safe and well. We also take our duty of care very seriously in terms of doing everything we can to prevent the spread of the virus. We appreciate our clients have their own continuity plans to ensure they can continue practising law and billing clients, and Team LAWFUSION will do everything in its power to work with you to achieve this as far as possible.

IS THE LAWFUSION OFFICE OPEN?

Yes. Our technology infrastructure has enabled us to work on a ‘business-as-usual’ basis from home since the Prime Minister’s announcement on 23-3-20, when he instructed people to work from home where possible. When the restrictions were eased in June, the vast majority of us continued to work from home, but we brough 25% of Team LAWFUSION back into the office, on a rota basis. As  the November lockdown begins and we face the second wave, we would like to reassure all LAWFUSION clients that we continue to support you on a business-as-usual basis, with our usual office hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm.  Many of us are working from home, but there will always be someone in the office on week days.

For LAWFUSION clients requiring out of hours support – information is available here:   https://support.selectlegal.co.uk/emergency/?nomenu=1

For LAWFUSION clients wishing to speak to their account manager – please call 01482 567601.

Please be reminded also that your LAWFUSION manuals and videos are available to you as part of the new LAWFUSION Help System available with release 19.4. Here is a “How To…” video reminding users how to access all of this:  New Help System.

For any of these links you will need your support website password to be able to login. If you have forgotten your password though – it is very easy to reset here:  reset link.

OUT OF HOURS SUPPORT

Support outside of normal hours can be obtained by using the emergency support page at https://support.selectlegal.co.uk/emergency/?nomenu=1

You will need your support website password to hand to use this, but should you forget it, there is an efficient password reset link here: https://support.selectlegal.co.uk/password.php

SUPPORT - CURRENT STATUS IS LEVEL 1

The situation is changing fast so we have identified three levels of support.
Currently we are operating at Level One – which is business as usual.
Should this situation alter, we will update this bulletin page, and we will email all client lead contacts to advise.

Level 1 Support – Business as usual

Level 2 Support – reduced telephone support
please send all urgent/important requests for support by email

Level 3 Support – no telephone support – all support requests to be logged by email

When emailing support requests please state priority 1, 2 or 3 in the subject line field:

– PRIORITY 1 – urgent – e.g. users cannot log in
– PRIORITY 2 – important – requires a response by the end of today
– PRIORITY 3 – non-urgent but important
