Having doubled turnover since 2012, Select Legal Systems continues with its expansion plans. The specialist software supplier for the legal profession welcomed 32 new law firms to its flagship practice management system, LAWFUSION, in 2018 (the company’s 25th anniversary year) as well as nine new employees.

With many new firms placing orders for LAWFUSION since the New Year began already, and a lot of interest in terms of healthy enquiry levels, this level of growth is set to continue.

The company has appointed a further 4 new people in 2019 already – their General Manager, Alex Smales, joined Team LAWFUSION in January, as did qualified solicitor, Danielle Park as LAWFUSION Quality Assurance Engineer and Software Developer, Ashley Peterson.  New LAWFUSION Sales Executive, Dan Rowe joined in February and Select is currently recruiting to fill a further four lynch-pin roles:



    • Project Manager
      Select’s new project manager will be responsible for the smooth onboarding of new law firm clients after they place their order for the LAWFUSION software. They will plan, coordinate and see projects through to a successful conclusion, setting timelines, agreeing project plans with clients and managing all lines of communication between clients and the internal teams – documenting progress throughout.
    • Account Manager
      As first point of contact for existing clients the LAWFUSION Account Manager will maintain a two-way communication funnel with clients and colleagues to ensure a highly positive client experience is achieved at all times. The ideal candidate will listen carefully to client needs and share with colleagues, always keeping an eye on the important SLAs we are committed to as a company. First and foremost is a key customer relationship management role for the business, and although it will be the remit of the Account Manager to make it easy for clients to buy more services and integrations from the company when required, Select Legal Systems does not promote a ‘hard-sell’ approach to account management.
    • Software Trainer
      Select Legal Systems Limited is currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join their existing training team to provide support and training to the law firms as they join their growing client base. The company firmly believes that their success so far is as much about the people involved in delivering and supporting LAWFUSION as it is the first-class software itself and are looking for pro-active and creative trainers with knowledge of the use of legal software to provide training and consultancy services to law firms. The role involves nationwide travel.
    • .Net Developer
      Educated to degree level, or with equivalent experience, the successful candidate will work on a variety of projects to continually develop the LAWFUSION software suite using a variety of different  technologies. LAWFUSION developers are expected to have a critcal eye for detail, good communication skills and to enjoy problem solving.  Applicants should also have an indepth knowledge of one or more object-oriented programming language (e.g. .NET, C#) and also of SQL (i.e. SQL Server, MySQL, SQLite).
