Everyone who is going to use the system should also be comfortable and confident in the system's functionality. In the long run, effective training will not only increase efficiency but it will improve staff morale.

Getting the right level of training is vital. At the start of any training project, our training consultant will get in touch with you in order to discuss and get to fully understand your objectives and your present capabilities. They will then suggest a training program to suit your specific needs with an appropriate combination of individual and/or group instruction.

Project Implementation Training

As part of the project implementation phase, Select Legal Systems will consult with you in order to tailor a training package that specifically meets the needs of your firm. New clients receive introductory training as standard to help them get started with the software. At the same time we provide all the support and training necessary to allow you to customise the software to your way of working.

On-going Training

Fortunately, it won’t take you long to learn how to use our software, but if you feel you need a little extra support, we are ready to help. We offer a variety of on-going training options to meet all of your requirements. On-going training will ensure you become an expert in all areas of system functionality, as we often demonstrate new capabilities and new product developments, along with existing standard features.

Flexible Training Modules

Select Legal’s highly qualified and experienced trainers offer a variety of training programs to help you leverage the full power of our software. These programs can be fully customised to meet with your timescale and requirements.

• On-site training courses - these can be on a one-to-one basis or in a group.
• In-house training courses - these enable us to offer intensive training at a great price, with the added benefits of uninterrupted training.
• We offer online training courses, which may provide a more cost-effective option for some of our clients.
• Training is also available on an individual or ad-hoc basis, upon request.

All group training will be kept deliberately small to improve the training experience (maximum of 6 people).
