LAWFUSION is ‘A2A’ ready for the MOJ RTA Portal

Select Legal Systems is pleased to announce that clients are now submitting RTA claims through their A2A (application to application) integration enhancement to LAWFUSION case management. Clients have been happily using the standard integration to the MOJ RTA Portal for several months but are delighted to now be able to take advantage of the A2A integration. The new enhancement will save an enormous amount of time cutting out the duplication of data entry when submitting RTA claims through the Ministry of Justice’s system. Work is already planned to incorporate the further changes required in line with the Ministry of Justice’s plans to update the Road Traffic Accident Portal, scheduled for March this year.

Registered users of the MOJ RTA Portal can access it either simply through the website application (and fill in the 500 plus required fields manually) or via an A2A integrated system such as LAWFUSION which pulls all the necessary data from the case management system. The portal became available to motor insurers/compensators and claimant legal representatives last year, in an effort to enable faster agreement on liability and payment of low cost, RTA injury claims between £1,000 and £10,000.
