The system as standard, includes the auto-filling of the APP, CLAIM, SPAN, ADMIN, MEANS Forms and Children's Act Forms C1-C20 the new protocol for Judicial Case Management. The system also includes all the relevant documentation and steps for Domestic Violence, Ancillary Relief workflows as well as precedent letters and documents including – Petitions, Affidavits and Statement of Arrangements. As standard throughout the software these documents and precedents are easily amendable to suit the work methods of any firm.

With LAWFUSION™ Family and Matrimonial suite a user can easily locate files held on the system using a variety of methods including a powerful search facility. Details could include specifics of the Marriage, the Petitioner or current address details.
Assembly rules can be applied at the time of document production ensuring minimal manual adjustment is needed.
When starting a new case LAWFUSION™ automatically requests and collates important information making it readily available to be merged, or attached to any document produced by the system. The Fee Earner only has to enter these details once to make the information on the case readily available to all.
Matrimonial work may result in additional cases being opened to handle specific areas such as Ancillary Relief. LAWFUSION™ makes this process easier by being able to create a quick linked case where all relevant information is automatically transposed to the new file. A change to the information is then maintained across the linked cases.
The Family and Matrimonial suite also centrally stores all case contacts such as Client details, Court details, CSA, Supervision, Parental and Childcare details.
