Assembly rules can be applied at the time of document production ensuring minimal manual adjustment is needed.

When starting a new case LAWFUSION automatically requests and collates important information making it readily available to be merged, or attached to any document produced by the system. The Fee Earner only has to enter these details once to make the information on the case readily available to all.

Matrimonial work may result in additional cases being opened to handle specific areas such as Financial Remedy Pleading.  LAWFUSION makes this process easier by being able to create a quick linked case where all relevant information is automatically transposed to the new file. A change to the information is then maintained across the linked cases.

The Family and Matrimonial suite also centrally stores all case contacts such as Client details, Court details, CSA, Supervision, Parental and Childcare details.
