Why did they choose LAWFUSION?
We chose to use Select Legal Systems when the organisation was first formed because we had knowledge of, and belief in the ability of the directors, Mike Craven and Steve Dixon. Our IT systems have developed in line with their products and advice since 1996.
What features do you particularly like the most in the system?
LAWFUSION is a Legal Software package which integrates a number of features to provide a comprehensive means of process and control of Management information. The system contains a number of areas which if used properly, can assist in cutting down labour intensive tasks so greatly improving the efficiently of our numerous departments. The LAWFUSION Post Room solution and scanning are good examples.
The range of features within the software is fairly wide and provides plenty of scope for effective and efficient control, for any size of legal practice. The introduction of both the Post Room and Scanning were well received and are proving effective tools for our whole firm.
How has it improved the efficiency and effectiveness of your firm?
Having one database which brings together all our records makes information instantly accessible to all. The system automates labour intensive tasks and makes it easy to obtain Management Information
