Efficient Property Services (EPS) are based in Mansfield, Nottinghamshire and they are a subsidiary of the National Union of Mineworkers. With the introduction of HIPS the union decided to offer this service to it's mineworkers and local estate agents. They did not want to purchase a bespoke software solution due to cost considerations and so they decided to investigate the software solutions available in the legal market. After an exhaustive evaluation they chose LAWFUSION™ in November 2007.
