Berkleys Solicitors are based in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire and they specialise in debt recovery and personal injury. They were looking for a system that would be easy to use, flexible and, as a new start up firm, they also wanted a competitively priced solution.
Abbas Dhami, one of the partners at the firm, talks us through the selection and eventual deployment of LAWFUSION™ in their firm.
"Although we are a relatively new firm we wanted a system that could get us up and running very quickly and that was easy to use. We needed a system to effectively record all cases and guide our users through a case from start to finish, without the need for too much assistance or intervention. A remote installation of LAWFUSION™ Small Firm’s Edition was configured for Legal Accounts, Debt Collection, Case Management and Personal Injury Case Management on Berkleys’ own Server and PCs. The Debt Collection and Personal Injury workflows were then customised to use Berkleys’ own documents and precedents.
